The Great Guide is a local independent newspaper in the following areas (for now):
- Edenvale

- Modderfontein;
- and immediate surrounds
Our intention is to positively support our local neighbourhoods and businesses by providing information – more specifically good news while enlightening our neighbours about the business “jewels” we have.
We encourage people to shop at our businesses and take advantage of our entertainment offerings in order to support our local economy and keep people employed.
We understand that marketing costs for our local and small businesses are a challenge, and cost-effective marketing for small businesses isn’t always possible. That is why we are introducing a modular system of promotion that allows even our most micro business to advertise with us.
