Making Sushi with Dad at Greenstone Shopping Centre
Our favourite dads hosted by John Dory’s on Saturday 16 June tried their hands at making sushi with their darling daughters to celebrate Father’s Day. The morning kicked off with Chef Thuli demonstrating the intricate layers of the California Roll and Tuna Sandwich then handing over to the teams to create their own masterpieces. Team Phillip and Gaby walked away with the ultimate prize of a Dinner with Dad for four at John Dorys and vouchers from Hamley’s, myGym, Sorbet Drybar, Bargain Books and more.

The exciting events hosted during the Absolutely Delicious campaign included a visit by Chef, Judge, and 
Musician J’Something to promote his cookbook Somethings Cooking with Bargain Books. We cooked with Chef and cookery school owner Mimi Jardim who promoted her book My Portuguese Feast with Exclusive Books. Customers were treated to delicious samples from participating restaurants and were encouraged to taste delectable dishes as part of their entry to the in centre competition.
The campaign comes to an end on the 30th of June however bookings at any one of our twenty one eateries will satisfy anyone’s palate.
